The fabric’s warm brown colour is the cotton’s own, with no dyes or bleach involved. Beginning her work in the 1980s, Sally Fox selectively bred heirloom brown cotton varieties with white Pima to produce long-staple, naturally coloured cotton that could be commercially spun, revolutionising sustainable textile production. Grown using regenerative organic methods, FoxFibre® represents one of the world’s most environmentally responsible cotton sources.

Spun in Osaka and woven in Okayama, Japan, this denim combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with FoxFibre®’s natural beauty. The undyed warp and naturally brown weft yarns create a soft, earthy fabric that darkens and develops a rich patina over time.
